2008 Institute: June 23-27, 2008
UNC's Office of Extended Studies in cooperation with the College Board invites both new and experienced teachers to our AP* Summer Institute. Our limited class size and team teaching approach pairs an experienced high school master teacher with a university professor to create a quality program in great demand by teachers nationwide Our consultants have extensive experience at translating and communicating the Advanced Placement Program* or AP* curriculum and pedagogy of their subjects, and they do so with insight, commitment, and energy.
The cost of each institute is $600, which includes two semester hours of graduate credit or the institute can be taken for non-credit. Course materials, continental breakfasts and lunches are included in the registration fee. University housing as well as off campus hotels are available at reasonable rates.
